The Annual Availability Guide is a great resource, as it highlights what should be in season during each month of the year.
But we know all too well that Mother Nature has a mind of her own… Each season and each year can be very different. Please call to find out current seasonality & availability before committing an item to a menu.

We carry a comprehensive line of Dried Herbs & Spices, Dried Beans, Specialty Rices, Dried Chilies, Dried Fruits, Dried Mushrooms, Nuts, and other Culinary Accents to compliment our amazing Fresh Produce; Direct to you in one convenient delivery!
If there’s a specific item you have in mind, just let us know & we will be happy to try to source it for you.

Micro Greens
We carry a wide range of Micro Greens & Edible Flowers that could be the perfect finishing touch & crowing accent to your dish.
We typically have 20-30 varieties/sizes in house at any given time & can exclusively stock items for you if it is written on your menu.
We have access to over 200 different commodities and sizes of these delicate treasures… Please call for consultation to discuss potential varietals and in house/seasonal availability for Micro Greens and Edible Flowers to add just the right amount of pizzaz to your plate.

Hours of Operation
We are open and offer delivery service 6 days a week: Monday – Saturday.
Our typical day starts at 3am (M-F) or 6am (Sat). This is in accordance with the Chicago International Produce Market schedule.
We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Our Office Hours are:
Monday – Friday: 6am – 12pm
Saturday: 6am – 9am
